BRIEF
Create illustrations to be used as badges on the Amplitude Studios’ community website.
The illustrations had to adhere to the file format (70x70 px) and the existing art direction of the site. The badges served as rewards and came with specific ranks that each had an associated colour background, therefore the illustrations had to integrate well with these backgrounds.

DESIGN
Illustrations focused on simplicity and high contrast to optimise readability against pre-set backgrounds at the required file format.
Fun and colourful characters were created in alignment with the existing art style and links to the theme of the challenges were incorporated into the designs. Coherence with previous badge designs was maintained by using elements such as the shadow over the right half of the design.
